This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit Trippado (“we”, “us”, “our”) at https://trippado.com/ and how it is used. Trippado is a travel search website operated by an individual based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In short: Trippado has no user accounts, no sign-up forms and never takes payments. When you click a search or a deal, you leave Trippado and go to a partner website, whose own privacy policy then applies.

1. Information we do not collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, passport details, payment card details or travel bookings. All bookings and payments happen on our partners’ websites, not on Trippado.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, some technical information is processed automatically when you visit:

Hosting logs. Our website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify may process your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver and secure the website.
Fonts. We load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser sends a request to Google, which may receive your IP address.
Affiliate tracking. We work with Travelpayouts and its partners (for example Aviasales for flights and Klook for hotels and tours). When you click a partner link, the link carries our partner ID so the partner knows the visit came from Trippado. The partner may set cookies in your browser to record this. We may also use a Travelpayouts script that helps manage affiliate links on this site, and it may use cookies or similar technologies.

We only see summary reports from these partners, such as the number of clicks and bookings. We do not receive your name, contact details or payment information.

3. Information you send us

If you email us at hello@trippado.com, we will receive your email address and message. We use it only to reply to you, and we do not sell or share it.

4. Cookies

Trippado itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The cookies described above are set by partners and service providers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop the site from working, but partners may not be able to record that you came from Trippado.

5. Third-party websites

Our pages link to websites we do not control, including Aviasales, Klook and Travelpayouts. Please read their privacy policies before you book, because they handle your personal and payment data.

6. Data sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone, except the service providers named above that are needed to run the website, or where required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law or the EU GDPR, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Since we hold very little personal data, in most cases this will only be any emails you sent us. Contact us at the email below to make a request.

8. Children

Trippado is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
